Terrible delivery service
I got a phone call from the courier which I could take as I was in the back of an ambulance on the way to hospital. I then received a message that said "Entregar encomenda urgente sim não recibo resposta a encomenda volta pá trás".
No advance warning of delivery. No indication of the threat to return the package timing. Considered this to be rude and very pushy.
By the time I was able to get someone else to call the courier, I s still unsure of who the package was from our what the package was.
No customer service or consideration. If you want to keep online customers the delivery service needs to be improved. I may try again next time I want to order wine, but this example makes me reluctant.
If this experience is repeated I have already decided that I will just allow the wine to be returned and seek a refund of the purchase.
A simple text that I can convert into English would assist prior to delivery.
I can't even open the box to see if there is any damage as I now only have use of one arm and hand. I will get someone to check later
