Dear Bernstein Support Team, I tried calling your customer service yesterday, but I was unable to complete the call as the automated phone system was only in German, which I do not speak. I am writing regarding my shower enclosure. The installation was carried out correctly according to the instructions. However, there is a gap/defect with one of the seals: Issue: The rubber seal located on the right glass panel (as viewed from inside the shower cabin) at a 90-degree angle — which is meant to seal the space between the main glass door and the fixed side panel — is too short/narrow. Details: This leaves a gap of about 2 to 3 mm, meaning it does not properly reach or touch the adjoining glass panel. To ensure the shower cabin is fully watertight, I require a slightly wider seal replacement to bridge this gap properly. Could you please send me a replacement rubber seal with the correct width/dimensions for this model? I have attached photos of the shower enclosure and the gap for your reference. The shower bar to hold the glass in place arrived but was incomplete. There should have been 3 black inserts to make the bar fit to the thickness of the glass but there was only 1 so we had to improvise to make it fit. Also a few screws that needed to be there missing., Costumer service did answer the next day with a solution but we already managed to find in another store the pieces we needed. Still didn’t feel good to receive an incomplete package.

Easy and quick to order. The information regarding the delivery could have been better. Im not able to get an invoice from My account, please tell me how to do. I need one with my TAX/NIF number.

Quality of the product is very good. Unfortunately, the delivery service had some problems. Overall still a good experience.

I have been waiting for 4 weeks for the return of a bathtub, and it's simply impossible. No answer from the brand or the carrier, even after several tickets and emails sent. The phone helpline doesn't do any customer service. I wanted to buy from an European brand, but deeply regret buying from this shop.

Estava previsto 1 semana demoram 4 semanas, se anularmos perdemos a encomenda, o tracking também não funciona. Tudo mau só não dei 1 porque recebi a encomenda

informaram que a minha encomenda chegaria dia 8/07 e ainda não recebi nada e nem fui informado. Neste momento coloco em dúvida se irei receber a mercadoria que paguei!
